Compliance Work
We assist our Clients to achieve compliance by:
implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with specific Legislation and Regulations, such as the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced by the GDPR), the Bribery Act 2010 and the Modern Day Slavery Act 2015;

keeping our clients updated through our e-bulletins on the shifting landscape of legislation and case law and adapting to changes and new challenges. This can take the form of updates to standard form contracts, policies and procedures. It can also take the form of providing internal training sessions to clients on key legal and contract topics, such as the impact of Brexit.

Excellence of Service is promised by many as standard but rarely is it delivered and maintained. Value for money often results in compromise on quality or delay in delivery. I aim to impress and to exceed expectations both in the technical quality of my advice and work, in the speed and effectiveness of its delivery and in the special relationships built with my clients, most of which have been with me for many years. This is borne out of personal commitment, integrity and pride in what I do. Real value for money is achieved in three ways: tight controls on operating costs and overhead, effective use of time-saving technology and also in the years of experience and know-how which enables me to get to the heart of the issues involved quickly, saving time and money for my clients.

“The professionalism and commitment to service of Tyrer Law is exceptional. Communication is excellent with an email always followed by an explanatory phone-call which is always appreciated. I have full confidence in the services of Tyrer Law and would not hesitate to recommend the firm to others.”
