October 2010 - Tyrer Law incorporated as a Limited Company

October 2010. Tyrer Law is pleased to announce that with effect from 1st October 2010, the Firm will be incorporated as a limited company, Tyrer Law Limited, but will continue trading as Tyrer Law. Tyrer Law Limited is regulated by The Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Firm’s Lexcel accreditation remains unchanged.

January 2009 - Tyrer Law selected to advise in University Pilot Scheme

Tyrer Law is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, Oxford Brookes University, to participate in an advisory and reviewing capacity, as part of a UK wide 2 year Programme now being undertaken on the initiative of the Solicitors Regulation Authority into the overhaul of the present system regulating the training and admission into the Legal Profession of Solicitors.

The core aim of the Programme is to introduce Work Based Learning into the training of Candidates aiming to qualify as Solicitors and in so doing, to introduce uniform and independently assessed quality standards in the application of technical skills, professional conduct and ethics and, all importantly, the delivery of service excellence to Clients. Tyrer Law prides itself on its commitment to excellence of service to all its Clients and is therefore delighted to have been selected to assist in the delivery and development of this important Programme.

June 2008 - Tyrer Law Achieves Lexcel Accreditation

Tyrer Law is delighted to announce that the Firm has achieved Lexcel accreditation from the Law Society with effect from June 2008. Lexcel is the Law Society’s practice management standard and is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards.
We are delighted with this independent recognition of the Firm’s standards of service and look forward to being of continuing service to our existing Clients and to welcoming new Clients who can be assured of the highest standards of quality, care and attention to their affairs.
